asistir a ellas y ejercitar el derecho de voz y voto en las Asambleas Generales, pudiendo conferir, a tal efecto, su representaci\u00f3n a otros\/as miembros.&lt;br&gt;Participar, de acuerdo con los presentes Estatutos, en los \u00f3rganos de direcci\u00f3n de la Asociaci\u00f3n, siendo elector\/a y elegible para los mismos.&lt;br&gt;Figurar en el fichero de Socios\/as previsto en la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, y hacer uso del emblema de la Asociaci\u00f3n, si lo hubiere.&lt;br&gt;Poseer un ejemplar de los Estatutos y del Reglamento de R\u00e9gimen Interior si lo hubiere, y presentar solicitudes y quejas ante los \u00f3rganos directivos.&lt;br&gt;Participar en los actos sociales colectivos, y disfrutar de los elementos destinados a uso com\u00fan de los\/as socios\/as (local social, etc.).&lt;br&gt;Ser o\u00eddo\/a por escrito, con car\u00e1cter previo a la adopci\u00f3n de medidas disciplinarias, e informado\/a de las causas que motiven aqu\u00e9llas, que s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n fundarse en el incumplimiento de sus deberes como socios\/as.&lt;br&gt;Darse de baja en cualquier momento, sin perjuicio de los compromisos adquiridos pendientes de
